The dealership told me my key was 'dealer only,' how can you make one?

As part of the Right to Repair Initiative we are able to cut and program car keys and remotes. We have a wide assortment of equipment we utilize to program keys and perform diagnostics on vehicles of most of the major makes. On average you can save between 30 and 70 percent on what the dealers charge. We're upfront with our prices, they always include cutting and programming!

What if my key/remote is broken?

We repair all different types of keys and remotes. Most repairs fall between $10 and $75. They can be repaired while you wait (depending on whats wrong) or you can leave them with us and we'll fix it within a day or so. We don't charge to take a look at your key/remote, we are always happy to help!

What is a Transponder and why do I need it in my Key?

There is a signal-reading instrument in your vehicle's ignition barrel that checks for a specific code only transponder-chipped keys can put out. A car with a chip not synced with your ignition barrel cannot start your car. proximity keys use a similar system to this, utilizing a coil to amplify the signal to work over a range. After cutting the blade for your key we connect to your vehicle via programmer and make your car accept any transponder chips we are programming in.

Can you make push to start keys?

We can produce push to start keys as well. PROXIMITY KEYS USE A SIMILAR SYSTEM TO the earlier mentioned transponder chips, UTILIZING A COIL TO AMPLIFY THE SIGNAL TO WORK OVER A RANGE. We program the proximity remote in and cut the door key all included in the price.
